Saban to Texas and then Bama hiring Petrino would be as close to a strorybook ending as I can think of.

Just curious if anyone else thinks Petrino might somehow benefit because it seems like if Texas does get rid if Brown, even if Saban does not leave Bama, it will have a huge domino effect.

Just a matter of time before some desperate AD succumbs to pressure.

He'll get the Arky job when BB goes 0-16 in conference play.

It just takes one program with no integrity and desperate to win to hire him.

Suprised Auburn didnt hire him last year.

I would expect Tommy Tubberville to get a major job before Petrino.

Patrino is done as far as high profile coaching jobs. His highly publicized image reflecting extreme lack of integrity, poor judgment, anger issues, and usual bridge burning has finally done him in.

He'll just be another Mike Price type guy at best. What a disappointment.
