Both of their coordinators are getting close to HC jobs. Those 3 names should be their first interviews.

Only O knows what he really wants, but if he doesn't get the HQ gig at LSU he has to know it's because he hasn't worked his way up the ladder. He should then go to Houston as Kiffin's DC and recruiting coordinator- he gets the DC on his resume and can recruit the lower tier sleepers from LA and Texas to Houston. Then in a couple of years if Kiffin gets promoted or an opening happens as ULALA/ULM/McNeese etc. he can get a head coaching gig there and work his way up...
