why would one frick around with 3.7 mill

this is miles most important decision of his life.me id go out and hire someone now.id let them have their salary then id pad it to make sure he would come.miles if you screw up you could take 20 years of being an archer.(dc at nc state)i know you dont wanna be a oc at alabama under saban.

I hope he does not screw this up but its not sounding to good according to the news or lack there of on this board.

yeah, I can see why he should jump out and make a quick decision; esp if it is the most important one of his career.
I can see why you are not in an important decision make role.
I assume all you jack legs who think hiring fast is the right way to go has never hired anyone in your life. And if you have, you probably suck at it. There is an ole saying, "Hire slow and fire fast". Unfortunately, he is not firing fast; but I am glad is not picking the first ding dong to come along.
Pray for the best decision, not the quickest decision. Take a pill, someone will let you know when the decision is made.

My thread was deleted, but if I had to bet, I would say something has already been worked out. Understand the fact that just because something isnt made public yet doesnt mean anything has been done.

because with 8 wins, he gets an automatic roll over to five years and 18 million buy out. He wins 8 games, he's got l.s.u by the lesticles. he doesn't win 8, no roll over and the contract go's to 4 years with 12 million buy out.

he thinks he has that.just ask archer.he was a promising young coach.he hasnt been a head coach in 20 years.miles you have talent but you have a hard frickin head.dont you wanna see smacker miles as a senior in br.think about it.
