He sucked as Nebraska's head coach but had an excellent offense and was a terrific recruiter. He is currently the offensive line coach for the Cowboys. Unless he really despises the college game, I think he would be a great hire who we would not have to worry about leaving for a HC gig.

I'm actually ok with Callahan

He left because he didn't get a contract extension earlier(when Schottenheimer did), not because he was cut loose for bad coaching. The OL did have a down year, but he's generally been a great OL coach.
