Why is Jamey Chadwell not drawing interest from anyone?

My thing is he's never been around a major program in any capacity. At least Napier had been around clemson, bama, and AZ state

Runs the spread triple option and seems to be married to the system.

Chadwell inherited everything he’s got & CCU’s location & facilities make it easy to recruit against their competition. Chadwell isn’t anyone’s long term solution.

His “skeletons” are that the players at Charleston southern used their left over book fund money to buy stuff other than books. They were told to by workers at the campus bookstore and this was ongoing from before Chadwell started.
The NCAA punished the program for stupid stuff like that and it continues to be dumbly brought up
