I sure hope you’re right because if CBK is worried about me and my questions, he will fail miserably.
You, my friend, seem to have a hard time comprehending the target audience of my question. If I could ask CBK, I would, but I can’t so I asked the question here. Maybe you actually asked him and if so, I apologize, but I kinda doubt that happened.

He actually INTERVIEWS candidates and vets them to see if worthy of joining his staff. He doesnt hire by the good ole boy network, or hire those WITHOUT experience.

There already is a staff in place. He said he would be evaluating them individually. Which explains why moves are happening gradually and not all at once.

The question you should be asking is why does it matter to you to know the staff right now!!!! I know many were worried about this recruiting class and the ESD. He did hire Frank Wilson as RC and they did about as well I would have expected. Now it’s a dead period, it’s a certainty who ever he hired is still coaching somewhere be it a bowl/the CFB PO or the NFL. I’m confident most of not the entire staff will be in place when the dead period ends and the push for the other NSD is on. And obviously he’ll have full staff in place for spring and the time to prep for next season.

It matters to me because I can never get enough of LSU football. My life almost revolves around the Tigers, just like most people here. Where else would a person go for the inside scoop?

If you don’t understand the importance of the timing of his hiring a staff, I certainly can’t help you. We are being left behind in recruiting and digging a hole that may take years to get out of.
The list of coaches turning down CBK is getting longer and longer by the minute. He needs to right-the-ship ASAP.

I’m afraid it’s you that doesn’t understand if this is what you think. It does not take years to get out of any hole, that’s laughable I’d ask how many examples you’d like though if you’re as big of an LSU fan as you claim you should realize there are multiple examples just at LSU.

20-year hole from 1980 through 2000? We will never compete in the West again with the things A&M is doing, Saban at Bama, and even Kiffin at Ole Miss. CBK is letting the train leave the station and we are just sitting back and allowing it to happen.

Dude, now you are just being an irrational baby and further proving my point about the problem of being online 24/7/365. If you think that program will be broken for decades because the staff wasn’t fully in place by day 1 you are beyond hope.
You are a classic case of what Saban called catastrophe syndrome when hue was here.
Kelly may get us back into annual contention or he may flame out, time will tell but one thing I can assure you is it will have absolutely nothing to do with when he did or did not name his coordinators

I may be irrational but I'm not wrong. CBK needs to get Doug Nussmeier and Jamie Howard on the staff as soon as he can. Those two moves alone would show the fanbase that he "gets it" and that he will do whatever he has to to keep us happy.

You couldn’t be more wrong with this if you tried
Not having named a full staff at this point is no big deal it won’t make or break the program I promise you. But if Kelly names the dads of 2 players (yes I know Nussmierer is coach) to appease fans like you then that would be a disaster
ETA and even if it was Nussmirer he’s still coaching, the Cowboys will be in the playoffs so he really couldn’t be named tomorrow anyway
