The plan is to give Freeman a blank check. If he leaves without signing a contract, it's because he wants to stay up north. Arnett seems to be on the next lower tier. If one thing can be said about Woody, it's that he will basically give someone whatever they want in order to get them signed. You just have to hope the guy is worth it.
