Auburn needs an alternative to Smart and Saban - Kiffin
Nebraska needs a stable, proven winner - Leipold

Arizona State needs recruiting and energy - Tom Herman
Georgia Tech needs a coach to out scheme more talented opponents - Chadwell
Colorado just needs some wins - Bronco Mendenhall
Bonus:
South Florida needs a ton of energy to try to catch UCF - Deion

Okay, so then who would Ole Miss, Kansas, Baylor, and Coastal hire?

Ole Miss would probably go after Sonny Dykes. Don’t know if they could get him but I would make him say no.
Baylor IMO would probably end up with the guy at UTSA or a big name coordinator.
Kansas would probably dip back into the FCS ranks. Montana St. head coach or someone like that.

The Sips can keep their grubby little paws off my guy.
That said, then who does TCU & UTSA get?

If I’m Kansas, I promote Andy Kotelnicki internally. I think they have something good going for the first time in awhile and should keep some continuity.
Baylor - I take Rhule back or go after Traylor at UTSA
Ole Miss is tough. I think Freeze would be the best pick, but I figure that’s a nonstarter. I think Fritz is a good coach, but Ole Miss usually swings for the fences and tries to grab headlines. Fritz seems like more of a consistent bowl coach than a guy who will set the conference on fire.
On Coastal, I like to watch G5 football, but predicting coaching hires at any school with resources below the best G5 programs is near impossible for me. I don’t watch much FCS at all, and there’s no way to know who is a good P5 position coach.
