Serious question, how do you know Riley’s not just playing us for a mega raise from OU boosters? Obviously you don’t think that’s the case so I’m curious where the confidence comes from.

This is reading the tea leaves a bit, but I understand "mutual agreement" to mean "signed a memorandum of understanding". While that's not a legally binding document, it would be a major faux pas to take that and then go for a counter offer.

Feel free to correct me if it wasn't an MoU tbl.
