Nix would be a homerun hire for LSU. Hes a good DC and hes a decent recruiter...so you get what Chavis offered plus more...

scoring defense was actually pretty good. MUCH MUCH improved over last year. Stuck with some personnel on the line that underachieved.
Bottom line: The D kept us in EVERY SINGLE GAME and gave us a chance to win ALL of our games.

I say Karl Dunbar. Played and coached at LSU (under Saban and Miles), NFL experience, and was a good recruiter while with Miles.
