Is it so easy that I could slip a contract to be ponamsky's personal chef with an 8 million dollar buyout? is it the board of directors?
Joe Alleva is the truest cancer to this football program with his dogshit ideas and risk management skills of a drunk third grader.
the worst of all of this is that we have to first pay 2 million just to get that assclown out of baton rouge, but if i were onw of the OT'ers I would do it myself on the condition i could to throw his shite out on the street myself

Nobody. His buyout is $1,312,500 if fired today, $1,050,000 if fired June 30, 2018. He gets 1/3rd up front ($437,500 or $350,000, respectively), and from there about $14,500 for the next 48 to 60 months depending on when he's fired.
If I'm reading it wrong, here's the link to his current contract. Knock yourself out:

ETA: I read it wrong myself in my haste. Alleva also has an offset for future employment, and a requirement to use "best efforts" to obtain same like Miles did. ULL just paid their new AD $295,000 a year. Alleva could get the same from a MAC school (or LSU could decide he could with best efforts), and reduce the total buyout to just under $500,000, most of which is payable over the next 4-5 years.

What a shite show with Alleva and O...or should I say clown show.
They should write a book together titled “how to destroy a great football program in 3 easy steps”
So the only real bargaining chip bozO had was that he was gonna have 2 big time coordinators. I guess he didn’t say how long he would have them..so jokes on us.

Good luck hiring the head of janitorial services at ULL as the next AD, if he can be fired at the whim of the Board of Supervisors at any time, with no financial recourse at all.
You give AD's buyouts so that you can get a better AD the next go round, if you have to fire this one.
