He’s worked with Kelly before
He’s the OC and TE coach at Cincinnati
Has experience coaching WRs as well
He’s an excellent recruiter and we just got Danny Lewis interested (a Cincinnati commit at TE)
He’s coaching in the playoffs right now which coincides with why we haven’t hired an OC yet
This would allow for brad Davis to stay on as OL coach like we already know.
