You play like you practice, you practice like you play. If you conduct flag football practices daily, you'll become soft, regardless of the depth of defensive talent.
Like Brown, Carroll, Stoops,etc..have displayed many a year even when loaded with 1st round draft talent on D. Their own Offenses infect their Defenses at practice.
