Not seeing much in terms of minority representation in these coaching searches.

Seems like every year, this leads to bloviated commentary from ESPN stooges when the black guy isn't hired.

I haven't even heard of one being considered.

How about hiring the best coach for the job, regardless of color?

Going 7-5, throwing bubble screen after bubble screen, and having a shitty defense is our way of making sure nobody poaches Sumlin from us

Yeah, this has been on my mind. Black coaches aren't getting a fair shake.

Randy Shannon record at Miami 28-22
Al Golden record at Miami 28-21
Les Miles record at OSU 28-21
Will Muschamp record at UF 28-21

Al Golden is getting paid more money at Miami than Shannon ever received yet their records are virtually the same.

Muschamp gets between $6 and $9 million to leave UF and will likely make over a $1 million next season as a DC somewhere.

Les Miles pretty much got a promotion with his record by getting the LSU job.

Randy Shannon is now LBs coach at Arkansas.

Some are. Charlie Strong at Texas. Sumlin at A&M.

That's partially why I was asking. Who out there even deserves a fair shake at this point? Seems like the hot coordinators are all white as well.

Yeah, two are getting a fair shake. There are Black assistants in the NFL who I think would take a good college HC job if they're offered.

I mentioned East Carolina's Ruffin McNeill and some here said he's not that articulate. But, then I mentioned how lack of proper speech and inarticulateness hasn't held Jimbo Fisher back.

Last year the two of the three biggest openings went to African-American Coaches.

Well there's one.

Curious who from the NFL you think would be worthy candidates?
