Where did the Matt Rhule talk come from?

He’s coaching for the richest owner in the NFL and basically has full control.
I don’t see him coming back to college.
What leads people to believe this?
Would love to have him. He would be the best possible scenario, I just don’t see it though.

Joel klatt reported it this week that he has heard Matt rhule may not be all in on the NFL and could be looking to come back to college

Unless the Panthers completely collapse the rest of the season, which I'm going to say they won't, as they're as beat up as the Saints have been lately and they'll get healthy sooner or later, I can't see them letting him go.
I'd love Rhule here, though. I wanted us to have a look at him when O was hired. What he'd done at Temple was more than enough to make him a great hire.

Looks like Franklin wants out at Penn State. That’s Rhule’s alma mater. I would think that would be his preference if he wanted back in college, which I doubt.
