He is the next big time coach IMO. Even more so than "I kiss my players" Tom Herman.

His son is a sophomore at CU. Can't see him leaving until he graduates

Colorado has the same problem Wisconsin does. The State caps the amount that you can spend on assistant coaches.

He has turned around two dead programs. The job he has done at CU is nothing short of amazing.
