I think when Miles was at Okie S he was just talking to LSU by helping them in their search for a head coach.

For some reason that reporters name sounds familiar ... is she the one that the now Okie State coach went off on about the quarterback or something? Remember the tyraid?? I really think it might be the same chick.

Then:
All of which qualifies as "coach speak", and none of which has been proven to be untrue.

Now:
Very different, very definitive statements...
(ZERO wiggle room)

The two situations, along with his comments and the timing of such are VERY different.

Not sure why everyone keeps trying to draw parallels and claim they are so similar...THEY'RE NOT!

Miles, who is in his fourth year with the Cowboys and the first season of a seven-year, $10 million contract extension, quickly cut off LSU-related questions when asked about the job by reporters in San Antonio. Miles' Cowboys were beaten 33-7 by Ohio State in the Alamo Bowl on Wednesday.

"I am preparing to play in a bowl game," said Miles earlier this week. "I want no distractions for my football team. I'm not looking around."
