The Black Bears have to hire an A.D. first & that process is still out there, no interviews yet as far as I know. If that search takes a while, he's safe for another year as the new A.D. will do the hiring & it may be too late in the year to fire / hire.

I think he deserves another year. They finally have an identity and a direction with Rich Rod and Plumlee that they can build on. Going into this year, I chalked the Ole Miss up as an easy win. I think they beat us in 2 weeks.
