Belowpar said that offensive recruiting was pretty much done so Les will take his time interviewing candidates. Take from that what you will.

Yeah. Why potentially rock the boat when A) the offensive recruiting is done and B) with the rest of the offensive staff in place and C) no opportunity to start "installing" anything until closer to Spring, why not wait?

It wont be until right before NSD or right after. The reason being is it allows Miles extra recruiting trips.
