Whats not being talked about is the staff that would follow bamas new HC

The HC is going to be on a short leash and the staff will be on a shorter leash. If bama has a less than stellar three years will a staff want to frick up their future with that.

This would be my main concern if I were a Bama fan and they hired DeBoer. He'd need a staff with SEC ties, not his own guys. That usually doesn't work out great.
