Could be a bad idea could be great. I don't think anyone can intelligently argue either way just yet.
It depends on how well Cameron turns out to be on the recruiting trail and also depends on who is available from outside of the program when that time comes.
I figure Les has probably 4-7 more years in him and a lot of things can change between now and then.
