Yep, USC.

They had to have known what a head start would do and they probably knew that Riley liked the West Coast and he was already very familiar with the recruiting area (OU has gotten a lot of west coast kids lately).

Basically, USC came in first, made a great offer, and then LSU was probably just used a negotiating tactic.

I knew the Clay Helton firing was fishy that early, but now we all know why.

I mean, yeah, but also, if we're being honest, USC has an easier path to the CFP than LSU does. Of course so does OU and we see how that worked out for Riley.

Maybe we dodged a bullet here, time will tell.

USC will be the next OU…make the playoffs and get murdered first round…Riley is scared of gettin exposed in the sec reason for this choice IMO
