The only concern I have is we have 2 senior QB's next season...and to start a new offense would be somewhat troublesome?

I don't know...all I know is, "that" offense can't win hardware..so I conclude, "change" is necessary to get to the goal!

I still think GC could be a good OC..some games he gets it going, but usually he stinks now

Al Borges took over as OC for Auburn in 04 and they were fine. Hell, Crowton took over in 07 and we were fine.

3 Pro QBs next year on roster with 1 dual threat that isn't even a true runner. 5 power backs and a big oline. Looks like Pro to me, IMO.

Oh I agree. LSU's talent dictates a pro style offense. I just think CLM will hang on to Crowton til JJ is gone. Bringing in a new OC would severely hurt JJ's chances to start if Mett. makes it here, and I don't see Miles doing that to JJ in his senior year. Miles is hellbent on playing JJ, no matter the results.

You guys can correct me if I'm wrong, but this "dedication" with JJ, I think, had more to do with the fact that he had NO faith in JL, and who else are you going to go to? You have to keep JJ's confidence up because he's pretty much an abused runaway puppy who will crumble with one reprimand. The fact he could run a "little" helped as well. I would hope if we get Mett in, Miles would do the sensible thing and play him. If not, we waste a year of Mett's eligibility and have another 9-4 or 8-5 season and the "FIRE LES" threads will dominate TD all next season.
