What LSU's next head coach needs to be.

Someone that can lead from an administrative role.
Can recognize and utilize coaching/recruiting talent. Will let that talent perform.
Is an established recruiter. Can close the deal.
A motivater of coaches and players.
Can make the tough calls without being overbearing.
Recognizes that growth, change and innovation must be constant.
Embraces being the face and voice of the program.
IMO the more of these LSU can check off, the more chance of success LSU will have.

Seems like you're just trying to alleyoop for Orgeron, which is fine, but what evidence do we have that he can compete with Saban year in and year out? I'm not against O, I just don't see any right now.
