Old. Expensive. At the bottom of my list.

Aggie melt would be hilarious, but at least Tucker would have some potential upside in the fact that he’s on the front-end of his career.

And yes... Jimbo is an offensive coach, but he’s not doing anything special in terms of scheme.

The only worse hires out there would be Bob Stoops or Dabo. Get some young blood, not a washup with a brand name.

Jimbo has $100M guaranteed from aTm. LSU would have to at least match that. Jimbo is not worth $100M.

Jumbos buyout is zero, but that’s not riley the point here. The point is, as u said, his 100m is guaranteed…he doesn’t leave on his own free will, no problem his monies guaranteed. LSU matching 100m guaranteed American dollars for Jumbo is riley too much to pay for a coach on the downhill side of his career.

I have wanted Jimbo for years, dating back to 2015. He is as close to a sure thing as we can get these days.

With that said, it feels like the ship has sailed. The thought process is he's in a great spot and he spent the last 3 years building his foundation.

The only diff is LSU has a history of championships. Maybe thats enough to get him, but I don't see it. I think he knows it will take the same amount of effort to win a natty at LSU v TAM.
