What is the boards thoughts on Doug Pederson?

Please reply with some context because I’m genuinely curious. I know this will get downvotes because it’s not a “big name”.

— NFL Coach of the Year in 2017

— Louisiana ties being the QB @ ULM and the Head Coach at Calvary Baptist
His downfall with the Eagles started with tons of injuries and FO draft follies. Then came the power struggle.

Obviously he and upper management didn’t get along. Ownership was trying to manage his coaches and players. Being a coach in college, he will have total control of his players and his coaches.
Can he recruit? He had Calvary humming for a little while, so he has experience with kids.
Just a thought. I’m not letting his final year in Philly paint a picture of his entire career.
