What exactly is Lane Kiffin’s “baggage” or “off the field issues” ?

I know he’s historically a job hopper and is a little brash. He tweets too much. Makes comments that other coaches wouldn’t make. Maybe a little immature. But is there any real scandal? Was Joey Freshwater a real thing? NCAA issues?

ETA That and his perceived immaturity can be off putting to some. I just don't like how he doesn't bring any sense of defense with him.

Meh.. those seem pretty minor. Not something that should keep him out of contention. I understand if they want someone a little more straight laced, but his issues seems exaggerated

The Joey Freshwater stuff is the type of thing the internet loves but an AD replacing a coach with glaring maturity issues probably won't. Hannagriff described Kiffin best, he's not necessarily running afoul of the law/NCAA but he's a character.
