HB, would you consider taking the job if Miles goes to Michigan??

As much of a consolation prize as it would be to UM for screwing up a chance at Miles, it isn't going to happen.
Tressel has pretty much taken Ohio State from mediocrity (by Buckeye standards) and made them a true sustained national power again.
(His predecessor, John Cooper, had the Buckeyes in position for two titles and blew it both times.
One was in 1996, when they choked away the Rose Bowl against Arizona State, and the other was in 1998, when they choked away a title-game berth against Tennessee by losing late in the year to an unranked Michigan State team coached by Nick Saban.)
As long as he keeps them in the national title race every year and curb-stomps the Wolverines, he'll continue to be employed.

Ohio State won the Rose Bowl in 1996 against ASU.
But y'all wouldnt know that being new to the College Football Party.

My mistake... they fricked up against Michigan that year then spoiled Arizona State's title chances in the Rose Bowl.
Either way, they lost it when the chips were down and Florida walked away with the title.

Hey, if the OSU AD wants to trade Head Coaches after the Tigers win the title, I'm all for it, we can even throw in some cash and speedsters-to-be-named-at-a-later-date!
Yellow and/or Purple Sweatervests would sell off the shelves at Cohn-Turner and McLavy.
Sweatervest owns Michigan and has two YSU Nat Titles falling out his back pocket, plus is trying for 2nd BCS win in 6 years(in his third BCS title game)..easily a Top 3 NCAA HC..absolutely unfireable.
