On the recruiting trail, he is even worse than Dave Aranda.

Everyone shits on Arandas recruiting ability and I'm not saying it's top notch, but his 247 list of top recruits doesn't seem all that bad to me.

Stupid comment regarding both Coaches. Baylor is 6-1 and ISU is 5-2. Seems like both are recruiting well, considering Waco, TX and Ames, IA

I think he is a good coach but he doesn’t move the needle for me. I would rather Dave or Napier

What's more impressive, taking a bottom 2 Big 12 school to relevancy while winning coach of the year 3 of 5 or taking over a Sun Belt school and doing marginally better than his predecessor?
