I think Gus Malzahn is the first guy to lead for 87 jobs and never get one.

I'm not sure I'm sad about this. He didn't look healthy and I don't think he relates to recruits very well. I was told by the guy that is the game announcer for Bishop Kenny HS in Jax that Ahmad Fulwood did not like Weis at all.
This may be a blessing. We need a younger more energetic coach.
I am surprised about this though. He seems to have been happy with his son at UF and his wife and special needs daughter doing well on the horse farm in Ocala.

Better to do it now while we are down though.

Its funny but I'm not sure its a bad hire really. I mean, it's Kansas, who are they going to get? I assume Malzahn turned them down although I haven't been keeping up.
