Baker coaches LB and Peoples coaches the edge/pass rushers. We do need a DL coach though.

LB coach will always be Baker, even though the other Kiffin has experience with both DL and LB. Peoples has edge rushers/ DE, but could also handle the entire DL.
Basically, while an interior DL coach would be awesome, we have guys on staff that can fill our current voids if need be.

We technically don’t need either, Baker can coach LBs and Kiffin can coach DL. We will probably hire for at least one of the two positions though.
