Lol. A Super Bowl winning coach that still gets up every morning at 4AM to study tape although he only broadcasts one night a week doesn't have passion or motivation to be a successful college coach.

and........he built the raider team he BEAT in the SB. had a winning record in the NFl which is not easy ask a few great college coaches how they did in the NFL! Erickson? Spurrier? Saban? exactly. gruden is a smart X and O mind. he would need good support as would any coach though.
