This is interesting because there were rumors that Kendall Briles was eyeing this job a little bit. So now he is still available if Kelly were to consider him for OC

Desormeaux is actually really smart and not a scumbag. I just don't think he has enough experience to put together a staff. I guess he's just gonna keep most the same staff together.

Toney probably to Florida as secondary coach. I don't know if there's anyone on staff who can take that spot or if they have to go off staff. Interested to see how he fills it out. He'll probably need to go get an OC as well because he's never actually called plays.

The only negatives I see:
Not a ton of connections on his own and not having the gravitas to make demands to our AD office for football needs like Billy was able to do.
He’s a great leader, player’s coach, offensive mind, and apparently recruiter.
