Two coaches from Louisiana that are not welcome back here

Coach Orgeron and Coach Robiski.
Why people burn their bridges with their own people I will never know.
When the band doesn't play anymore for you, and nobody is there at the gate to welcome you home and praise your accomplishments anymore just where are you going to turn to when you have done such a thing to your own people, and all for such fleeting glory, fortune, and fame? At the end, you have NOTHING if you don't have your people. You are a hallowed out shadow of a person with no place to lay your head in your homeland.
Why people burn their bridges with their own people I will never know.

uhhhh, I think Les said no to Meeeeechigan.

I understand his committment to his son first and foremost, but to have no loyalty to LSU as a former great when the people from this area cheered for him and such is what ticked me off. He basically has nothing to do with Louisiana at all anymore, and that's good. I want nothing to do with him either.

NO, he said no to leaving LSU at the time, to the AD and the way it was handled, to the pressure at the moment, but he didn't put the screws to Michigan. Orgeron used LSU as a stepping stone, and didn't give a crap about us either. Miles handled it with as much class as one could be expected to handle such a screw ball mess as was Michigan's coaching search last year. Orgeron has lied and misled for his own gain. I just hope he gets what he wants because he burned his bridge back home IMO.

No debate on your points about Miles. And I hate to see anyone turn away from LSU. Just don't think they deserve the vilification. I don't care for eithr all that much myself, but life goes on.

I can't for sure say this didn't happen, but I would bet my entire savings that it didn't. Hell we ran into Terry and his family in the quarter the Saturday before the game and he talked about how much he loved LSU. Sure he was pulling for Ohio State, his son plays there. But you know damn well a part of his heart was happy that LSU won the National Champions.

I highly doubt this. Me and my Dad actually met him outside the dome before the game, he speaks well of LSU and LSU doesn't have any qualms with him that I know of.

robiskie needs to complete his undergraduate degree before he can be considered for any coaching position at the college level. that's why he has only been a coach in the pros.

Wow, I don't think it's that big a deal. "O" never made a public statement that he was going to LSU and I don't believe the Terry "finger" accusation.

What the hell did Robiskie do to LSU? Cheer for his son in the national champioship?
If my kid played major college ball at Bama or Florida or Texas and goes up against LSU, I'm wearing the opposing colors and will hope my kid throws for 500 yards or picks off 6 passes against the Tigers.
I love LSU but love my kid more.
