I’m not sure why this board is acting like Michigan State is a tough place to win

Tucker is having a good year, no doubt, but he is doing it at a place with multiple good years recently
From 2009-2019, MSU had the third most 10 win seasons

Which is why MSU might get him a raise and keep him from leaving. I think that's ultimately what happens.
