Agreed. But that really is THE issue. If you go thru a vetting process, interviewing, etc and the best ya got is who f’n knows if he will be good or not?
Would you say the same thing if Freeman or Odum or Leonhard was the hire?

Well here’s the thing. Only one of them was available. He didn’t want to move his family across the country for one year. Get over it.
