No particular order top 5

Pelini
Mullen
Peterson
Del Rio
Long Shots
Heacock (Ohio State D Coordinator)
Bud Foster (Virginia Techs d Coordinator)
Gus Malzahn ( no head coaching experience raw)
Mike Nolan
Greg Williams ( Intense defensive guy but can he recruit)
Mike Gundy ( we stole theres before why not again)
Josh McDaniels
No particular order top 5

Patterson and Jimbo would be the only upgrades from miles. Sarkesian would be a great hire also. But everyone else out there is not that spectacular

I like Sarkisian a lot, but I agree there are a lot of "meh" choices out there.
Honestly I think we end up with Bo when all is said and done (assuming Miles bolts).

Sarkisian, tubby, and del rio are really the main 3 i'd feel comfortable with...i would be nervous with many of these assis. coaches being mentioned..
