Will be announced Monday or Tuesday

Read the following paragraph for a bunch of bullshite that was completely wrong

FWIW I think Will Hall stays in New Orleans for one more season. He could have a really big year if Tulane gets Jet Duffy, then parlay that into a head coaching job. I could see him taking over Tulane if Fritz leaves or trying for the ULL job when it opens up.

Jorge Munoz was also QB coach and OC for the Cajuns. Good to see Hall and Munoz being mentioned for bigger gigs.

Jet Duffy was a big time pickup for Tulane
That would be never happened in the past

I also don't see him leaving
Think it's Moorhead or munoz

I get the feeling it’s Hall that’s the most likely. I kind of like the idea of Munoz. We need help in the passing game.

I think he would have gone with Judge since they are good friends but he loves Tulane. I’d imagine he would like to stay for a few years. It’s hard on families, especially young ones, moving every year like his has.

No doubt he will get his chance.

He would mesh well with Cristobal. It would be interesting to see him leave the south.

Is Moorehead still a candidate?

Amazing how these two guys have been very successful since moving on from what had become a clusterfrick of a staff and no real accountability.

Here’s a text from my main Tulane source, who’s a booster and one of the “GreenieBackers.” He’s really close to the program.

Our insider says it won’t be wrapped up today or even tomorrow.

Hall is the best match philosophically. It looks like he may interview a 2nd time.

I wouldn't be upset if he left us for Oregon - I get it. He's inexperienced and makes errors but the talent is undeniable and I am actually confident that the admin will get someone good to replace him.

Tulane will need to hire a pass-first OC, however - we are recruiting like a program that doesn't want to run the ball 70% of the game.

Hall improved the offense in a year where the schedule spiked and Tulane really could have gone 3-9 with the wrong staff.

You guys are taking your sweet time. Maybe that does mean Munoz is a strong possibility for either QB coach or OC. Probably want to respect that LSU still has a game left.

Munoz is most likely QB coach.

Our insider says his credible sources are giving him different info.

Cristobal is being very careful for some reason.

I would be careful too. This hire is what could make or break Oregon. That pistol offense ruined Herbert imo. With a leader gone, breaking in a new QB (maybe transfer) is a tough task. Need someone with the mind to mold and develop the young QBs on the roster.

Cristobal knows he has a defense now to get to the playoffs.

This hire is really important.

Do you have any information on how any of the other candidates interviewed?

Is Doug Nussmeir in the mix? He’s worked with Cristobal before

Cristobal is building a monster up there.
He is going to have an sec up there pretty soon.
I wouldn't be surprised if he takes Moorhead and munoz
