This search is going to be very difficult for the teams looking for a head coach

None of the top guys are leaving their gigs and are already well compensated. Guys like Brent Key, Lea, etc. are at their alma maters which could make it even more difficult. More than likely these teams are going to have to go to the lower levels for a HC or get an assistant on someone's staff. It can be done, but it's gonna be tough. Arkansas better just go ahead and keep Petrino and let him build his staff. The guy is an offensive genius.
