i do love les,
it may not be hard to replace x's and o's and eventually even recruiting classes can be replaced, but the love he has for his program and his players is something you dont have in most coaches.
most will run at the first call for a better job... you cant blame a person to leave for an alma mater but Les has a character that cant be replaced
