This shite is just sad at this point. I mean the ad said it wasnt happening. Herbie said no way he coaches again. Galloway echoed what herbie said after Saban took him on a boat ride. Saban own daughter retweeted about Saban being happy and not coaching again but it's still not enough. Truly sad

All of that is very compelling sure, All reasons more I personally have a hard time believing he would come back, however if he hasn't decided yet and the deal was still ongoing that to me would be things they all would say in hopes of not hindering the deal or big announcement.

Saban is done with coaching. It has nothing to do with LSU… which imo is a top 5 job in America. It’s NIL, his age, kids these days, his net worth, and the fact he enjoys College Gameday and is paid handsomely. I’ve been in the Red Elephant Club for 15 years and very tuned in to all things Alabama. Saban was burnt out and unhappy his last 2-3 years. The culture, rules, and game changed and he can’t stand it. Cannot say I blame him.

I agree with everything you’ve said here. But having time off can change things. Happens all the time.

I remember whenever Herbie said Les Miles was going to Michigan, which he was wrong about. The funny thing is had he not been wrong, and Miles accepted the job at Michigan in December of 2006, Nick Saban would probably have gone back to LSU instead of Bama that next month.
