Mike Tomlin would be head coach, GM, CEO of LSU Football. He is not all of those things at Pittsburgh.
He’s never had a losing season in the NFL.
LSU “could” pay him more money than the Steelers.
If he’s remotely interested…. He’s a slam dunk.

quote:I'm a Steelers fan, Big Ben is holding this team back, but Tomlin can't do anything about it.
And their offense is horrible.
Of course they can blame Big Ben, because he is declining. Why is Matt Canada his OC?

I’m a Steelers fan and I don’t want the mutha fricka as their coach. I SURELY don’t want that fricka here at LSU.

This is such a pipe dream based on one opinion piece. Let it go . . .

it’s not happening, but it would be a home run hire.
He has the personality, swagger, skins on the wall, to recruit the hell out of top black athletes. He would literally get any kid from Nola, Houston, Mobile, Dallas, Atlanta that he wanted.
I do prefer an offensive coach, but either way I want a coach that is an expert on at least one side of the ball. He would still need to get good offensive coordinators, but we wouldn’t need to spend much on a Defensive coordinator as he’s like Saban, the coordinator runs his Defense.
