Good hire by Doolander. He's getting a 2 year deal via Vols Beat(news writer for Knox News Sentinel)
Fun fact: his entire 2004 DL was selected in the 2005 NFL draft

I know the Head Coach of Middle Tennessee played for Florida State a few years after Palermo was playing there so I guess that could be the connection.
