1. It has been discussed repeatedly and has become another lame Bama talking point.
2. So Chiz should be fired a year after winning the NC as a head coach and not the DC? Dumbass.
3. It is Chiz's responsibility. Getting someone else as DC is part of his solution to the problem.

It's already been discussed, explained, and gone into depth around 17 times. I'm sorry you guys weren't around to see it. I'll put it in simple terms for you: Ted Roof hasn't coached a defense to a ranking of above 60th in the nation in 11 years now. Every team he has been apart of, no matter what the position (HC or DC), has had a horrible defense.

Chizik, on the other hand, always had great defenses when he was completely in charge. It's laughable that you guys think he has completely forgotten how to coach.

Simple enough for you? Good, great, grand.

Ron Zook as possible replacement. Would be a very good hire. Good coach. Helluva recruiter.

Roof and O'Leary also have a GT connection so that also probably helped as well.

MSU would love to have Ellis Johnson back. Good luck though, he loves USCe.

You'll possibly be competing with the Golden Buzzards...

If under Saban Bama's defense was as pathetic as Auburn's was this year I can assure you it would be a lame Auburn talking point as well.

$700,000 and increasing.

I think that's tied for 3rd highest in the SEC...

Okay, so what would Saban have done if the D had become as bad as ours? Possibly force the DC out by either firing him or making him leave?

Hmm, I wonder what just happened

He would have gracefully resigned because ultimately he is responsible and any shortcomings on his watch mean he should be fired.

That wouldn't happen. Saban wouldn't have allowed it to happen. Chizik did. That's the point.
