So you are suggesting that he become the defensive coordinator, or decide to hire a puppet, or another mismatched defensive coordinator, as Bedford seems to be. As Bedford was. Oh, that's right. He's been fired.

Strong brought us Shawn Watson and Vance Bedford as coordinators. Watson -- fired. He got his one hire to save his job with the offensive coordinator, and he had to be forced into it.

Don't give me that racism shite. I really wanted him to succeed and I never thought he was lacking financial support, or administration support, or fan support (the fans have been great this season, home and away, for enduring what looks to be the third losing season in a row). Including me, so kiss my arse.

The boosters are running the show, the AD is a puppet of the money guys, and I think they've vowed not to let Tom Herman get away. When you already have the AD cowed down and only have to deal with the UT faculty and administration over "image problems," well, you're halfway there to not fricking it up.
