Stop comparing Jones to Brady, Muschamp, etc

Brady brought in a change to the offense but there was a seasoned OC to get things set right and moving on staff.
There is no such person on the defensive side. This isn’t like Muschamp at LSU where Saban was actually the DC and Muschamp was learning. There is no one that is 1/10th what Saban was for Muschamp at LSU or Smart at Bama to teach them and gradually bring them along.
Jones may not be a horrible hire, but the is nothing even close to the prodigy people though of Brady’s football acumen.

Dude, Brady was a complete unknown to almost everyone on the planet. People bitched about here. He had less experience than Jones by a longshot.
Jones actually has called a defense.

Please explain how you know all of this. Do you coach with him? Have you talked to people he coaches/coached with?

He wasn’t an unknown to everyone. His potential was noted by many. This is not the same as a guy that has been coaching for 20 years and has yet to have any one call him a prodigy.

Until a coach who has a history of bad hires just did a few minutes ago.
