Steve Caldwell possibly returning to Arkansas

Boise State DL coach Steve Caldwell has resigned after 4 years. Speculation has him joining the Arkansas staff under new coach Chad Morris. Caldwell was a 14-year assistant at Tennessee (1995-08). He played at Arkansas State and has coached at ASU, Pacific, Arkansas and Nevada.

Why would I be concerned when Caldwell recruited our best DL of the past 15 years?

Exactly but Wake Forest put up 55 on the Aggy vaunted D led by Chavis. But he’s going to do great at Arkansas despite what LSU fans say. Um ok idiot lolol

He was great here the first time. Recruited or coached Bequette, Flowers, Philon, Wise, etc.
Rumor we may target Trooper Taylor as DB coach

How could anyone say he was a terrible ST coach... He was incredible... We had basically the best special teams of a generation under him and John L. During the Petrino yrs.
Best has had possibly the worst in school history. I would bet his entire 5 yrs we didn't have more than 2 return TDs and we had the worst kicking game in the country.
I'll take Caldwell in a heartbeat...dude recruited 3 star talent that turned into NFL starters and a couple into high level pro players.
