Something OU fans need to understand

Why would Riley tell people at OU he was leaving? They’re gonna hate his guts soon. Don’t you think he’s even gone as far as telling people there he’s staying to get them off his arse? Thinking back to when Saban held a team meeting before the bowl game that he was not leaving LSU and is on a plane to Miami days later.

I’ll check back with the OU fans at about this time tomorrow night when they’re down 21 to OSU. They’ll probably be ready to deliver him to LSU.

If you were in that situation, you might think about doing the same thing. He’s probably feeling a lot of pressure to stay. Also, what use in telling people days before a big game?
