I'm more worried about Herman coming and not keeping Aranda than I am losingAranda if Herman goes somewhere else

I agree, but i dont see that happening. He would be CRAZY to replace Orlando with Aranda.
If he's smart, he tells Orlando to get a good gig at another school for two years and when Aranda becomes an HC call him up, assuming he has success in those two years.

Not from what I've read. Any "insider" posting seems to be talking more about O than anyone. All those discussions seem to be contingent on his future success in November though.
