So Orgeron announces Saturday he won't coach the bowl game because the new coach will be hired in the next week or two. But a new scholarship offer went out Friday. Who's got authority? I don't think it was Os call as he checked out the next day.

It would seem weird for support staff to be making offers on their own in the week or two Gap between head coaches.
